1. Service Overview
Gajpath offers astrology-based guidance, subconscious mind reprogramming sessions, and online/offline webinars or consultations conducted by Dr. Manisha Soni. These services are for personal growth, wellness, and spiritual awareness, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings (webinars, sessions, packages) must be paid in advance.
Webinar bookings (e.g., ₹501 webinar) are non-refundable but transferable to another upcoming session, subject to availability.
For consultation packages or premium services, any part-payment or token booking confirms your spot. Balance must be cleared as per agreed timelines.
Offers and discounts (e.g., cashback, bonuses) are valid only during the specified campaign window.
3. Refund & Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for completed webinars or consultations.
If a webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by Gajpath, attendees will be notified and offered a transfer or refund.
No-show participants will not be eligible for any refund or bonus.
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, meditations, recordings, PDFs, and techniques are the intellectual property of Gajpath and Dr. Manisha Soni.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without written permission.
5. Results Disclaimer
While many clients report transformation and clarity through our services, individual results may vary. We do not claim guaranteed outcomes. Participation requires self-effort and consistent practice.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect mutual respect in all sessions, communities, or communication. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
7. Privacy
Your personal data (birth details, email, contact) is kept confidential and used only for communication or personalized services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
Gajpath reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
